We are proud to announce that Lnk Hydro-Gen, our ground-breaking clean energy prototype has successfully completed its first stage of development. It is now at Proof of Concept stage and moving fast to become a Minimum Viable Product. Hydro-Gen will revolutionarize Clean energy solutions and accelerate the transition to NetZero. Ryan, Dean, Dean, Michael and Brian decided to set themselves the challenge to finish a grueling 50K run through hill, dips, arduous terrain over 5 hours + of ultimate physical challenge. They trained for month, in memory of the battle their loved ones once faced against Cancer, to finally beat the 50K run last weekend. The team in high spirit ready to start the race. CarbonLnk proudly sponsored their efforts knowing that they would surpassed themselves but also that this kind of event is only attempted by the bravest (longer than a marathon on uneven surface), we know they have entered this race in the spirit of generosity, compassion for cancer sufferers, supporting each other and pushing their limits. They raised a total of £2,731, 136% over their initial target of £2000. Last year, cancer research raised a total of £668 M. For every £1 donated, 80p is used to beat cancer (the remaining 20p goes towards raising funds for the future). The majority that is spend each year goes towards ground-breaking research. Thanks to research, cancer survival is improving and has doubled over the past 40 years in the UK. Today half of people diagnosed with cancer will survive their disease for ten years or more.
